- For the topping
- 20 slices Coppa
- 20 sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 cup Emmentaler cheese (sliced)
- ½ bunch Basil
Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C | 350F | gas 4. Slice the ficelle into rounds about 1cm in thickness.
2.
Dab each one with a little oil and bake in the oven until lightly golden and crisp – about 8 minutes.
3.
Slice the Coppa ham and tomatoes in half.
4.
Wrap a tomato half, a piece of cheese and a basil leaf in the ham and place on the crostini.
