- Pastry flour (for the muffin tin)
- 150 grams butter
- 100 grams brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 150 grams Pastry flour
- 50 ground almonds
- ½ tsp Baking powder
- 20 grams Matcha (powder)
- 2 Tbsps Whipped cream
- 12 tsps Chokeberry jam
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Grease the wells of a muffin tin with butter and dust with flour.

Beat the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Combine the flour, ground almonds, baking powder, and matcha powder and stir into the egg mixture alternately with the heavy cream. Fill each well of the muffin tin about 1/3 of the way with the batter, top with a teaspoon of aronia jam and spoon the remaining batter on top. Bake for 25 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack.
