- 400 grams Kiwi
- 200 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 100 grams sugar
- 2 centiliters Kiwi Liqueur
- 125 milliliters Lime juice
- 1 egg white
- 4 Strawberries
- 2 Tbsps Pistachio
Preparation steps
1.
Peel the kiwifruit, puree and strain through a sieve.

In a small saucepan, boil the sugar with 5 tablespoons water utnil syrupy; cool to room temperature.

In a bowl mix together the the syrup, kiwi liqueur, kiwi fruit puree, yogurt and lime juice.
4.
In amixing bowl, beat the egg whites to stiff peaks and fold into the kiwi mixture. Pour into a shallow metal pan and freeze, stirring occasionally, or finish in an ice cream maker.
5.
Serve sprinkled with pistachios.
