- For the lamb
- 12 Lamb cutlets
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt
- 150 grams Natural yogurt
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp Curry powder
- freshly ground peppers
- For serving
- Arugula
- Natural yogurt
Preparation steps

Rinse the lamb chops and pat dry. Peel the garlic and finely grate with a pinch of salt. Combine the yogurt, ginger, lemon juice, curry and pepper, and toss with the lamb chops so that they are well coated. Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Then remove lamb from marinade, wipe clean and lightly salt. Grill on both sides for 6-10 minutes (depending on thickness of meat). Press gently from time to time to test doneness.

Serve with aruglua and fresh yogurt if desired.
