- 500 grams cream cheese
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsps freshly chopped Fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary, parsley, etc.)
- 50 grams chopped Walnut
- 200 grams Lasagne noodle
Preparation steps

Cook the lasagna in boiling salted water until al dente, drain and let cool.

Peel the onion and garlic and chop finely. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and gently sweat the onion and garlic until translucent. Transfer to a mixing bowl and mix with the cream cheese, lemon juice, herbs and nuts. Season with salt and pepper.

Layer the lasagna and cream cheese mixture in a greased baking dish (or 4 small ramekins) and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve garnished with herbs.
