- 500 grams Linguine
- 200 grams shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 250 grams Chicken breasts (cut into bite-size pieces)
- 150 grams smoked Sausage (cut into small pieces)
- 7 Tbsps crushed Tomatoes
- 150 milliliters Chicken broth
- 1 size onion (finely chopped)
- 3 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1 red Bell pepper (finely chopped)
- 2 stalks Celery (finely chopped)
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 Tbsp Pastry flour
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- salt
- Tabasco sauce
- olive oil
Preparation steps

Heat 4 tablespoons olive oil in a large pan. Add the onion and garlic and cook over medium heat until soft. Add the bell pepper, celery, chicken breast and smoked sausage and saute briefly. Sprinkle flour over and stir until all the flour has absorbed all the moisture. Stir in the chicken broth, crushed tomatoes and bay and simmer over low heat for 1-2 minutes. simmer. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the oregano. Season with salt and plenty of pepper. Add the shrimp and let stand until cooked through (do not boil!).

Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Toss with the sauce and 1 tablespoon Tabasco. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
