½ pkg Ritz crackers (crushed)
2 Tbsps fresh parsley (chopped)
2 Tbsps sherry

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Pot, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Large knife, 1 Sieve, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Toothpick, 1 Kitchen twine, 1 große Casserole dish, 1 Brush, 1 Baking sheet, 1 Skillet, 1 Whisk, 1 Small bowl, 1 Paper towel

Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 300º F.

In a small bowl bowl, melt 3/4 stick of butter. Place the lobster pieces in a separate bowl, drizzle half of the melted butter over the lobster and stir to completely coat. Add the crumbled Ritz crackers, parsley and sherry to the remaining melted butter; mix well.

Place the lobster in individual ramekins or a medium casserole dish. Sprinkling cracker crumb mixture over the top of the lobster. Cut remaining butter into small pieces; dot over top of crumb topping.

Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve
