- 100 milliliters gin
- 120 milliliters Martini
- 8 Lychee (peeled off; gutted)
- Soda water (to fill)
- mint
- For the sugared almonds
- 200 grams almonds
- 200 grams sugar
- 125 milliliters water
- 1 pkg Vanilla sugar
Preparation steps

In a pitcher, mix together the gin, vermout, the lychees and mint stalks, cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour for the flavors to blend. Divide among 8 glasses and fill with cold soda water.

Garnis each with a mint leaf.

For the sugared almonds: Combine the water and saugar in a saucepan and cook, stirring over meidum heat until the sugar has dissolved. Cook until the water has evaporated, add the vanilla sugar and the almonds.

Cook, stirring freqeuntly until the almonds are well coated. Transfer to a baking sheet, spread the almonds out in a sinlge layer and let cool. Serve the aperifif with the sugared almonds.
