Cook the macaroni in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes until al dente. Rinse leeks, trim and cut into rings. Peel carrots and dice finely.

Bring the broth to a boil in a pot and add carrots and leeks. Simmer for about 5 minutes.

Cut sausages into slices and add to the soup. Cook until heated through, 2-3 minutes. Mix in the drained macaroni along with the parsley and season with salt. Serve in bowls.
