Elderflowers are commonly known as a medicinal plant that can help treat many ailments. It helps with sicknesses like the common cold as well as other, more serious conditions like diabetes.
If you want this to be an alcoholic beverage, you can always add a hard alcohol or a sparkling wine like champagne or prosecco.

- 1 red chili pepper (sliced)
- 2 Tbsps Lime juice
- 4 tsps Agave syrup
- ⅜ cup Elderflower liqueur (or vodka)
- 2 cups Mango juice
- 4 handfuls Ice
- 4 Tbsps Grenadine
- To garnish
- 2 red chili peppers
- ½ Mango (pitted and cut into strips)
Preparation steps
1.
Put the chilli slices into a cocktail shaker and mash (muddle) with a long spoon.
2.
Add the lime juice, agave syrup, elderflower cordial or vodka, mango juice and 2 handfuls ice cubes.
3.
Pour the grenadine into the bottom of 2 tall glasses and add the rest of the ice.
4.
Shake the cocktail shaker well and strain into the glasses.
5.
Garnish each glass with a chilli and a strip of mango.
