- 200 grams red Watermelon
- 200 grams honeydew melon
- 200 grams Gala melon pulp
- 200 grams yellow Watermelon
- 1 Tbsp liquid honey
- 2 balsamic vinegar
Preparation steps
1.
Cut the melon flesh into small cubes about 1.5 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) and arrange in a checkerboard pattern on 4 small dessert plates.

Stir honey with the vinegar, drizzle over the melon and serve.
