- 1 cup warm water
- 2 ¼ tsps Yeast
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.333 cup Pepperoni (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cups Tomato sauce
- ½ cup Parmesan (grated)
- 2 Tbsps fresh oregano (chopped)

1 Measuring cups, 1 Cocktail shaker oder gut schließendes Gefäß mit Schraubdeckel, 1 Glass (vorzugsweise Longdrinkglas)
Preparation steps

Blend the yeast in the warm water. Add the flour, oil, and salt. knead the dough well. Place a clean, damp tea towel over the bowl and leave to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

When ready, roll the dough out into a large rectangle approx. 8" by 11", and spread the tomato sauce over the dough with a spatula. Top with pepperoni, garlic, and onion, and sprinkle with cheese. Roll the dough into a long sausage and then cut into 1 1/2 inch thick slices.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the pizza whirls on the tray, pressing them slightly to flatten them. Sprinkle with oregano. Bake for 12 minutes until golden brown.
