- 4 slices Whole Wheat Bread
- 80 grams cream cheese
- 1 Tomato
- ¼ Cucumber
- 4 slices Turkey
- 50 grams Sprout
- 2 Tbsps Cress
Preparation steps

Cut whole grain bread with a round cookie cutter, making circles with a 10 cm (approximately 4 inch) diameter. Spread cream cheese on all 4 bread slices. Rinse tomato and cucumber and cut into slices. Top 2 bread circles with 2 slices cucumber, 2 slices of tomato and 2 slices of turkey.

Sprinkle with sprouts and 1 tablespoon of cress. Top sandwiches with remaining bread slices, placing cream cheese side face down, and serve.
