- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1 ⅔ cups Strawberries (hulled and chopped)
- ⅔ cup plain Yogurt
- ⅔ cup Almond milk
- 2 Tbsps light Agave syrup
- ⅔ cup crushed Ice
- 4 sprigs mint (to garnish)
Product recommendation
Substitute the almond milk for coconut for a tropical twist.
Preparation steps
1.
Combine the berries with the yoghurt, milk, and agave nectar in a food processor or blender.
2.
Blend on high until smooth. Add the crushed ice and blend again for a further minute.
3.
Pour into glasses and garnish with a sprig of mint before serving.
