- 9 ozs Watermelon (seeds removed)
- 4 ½ ozs Strawberries (hulled)
- 1 Banana (sliced)
- 5 ozs natural Yogurt
- ⅔ cup lychee juice
- 4 Tbsps crushed Ice
- To garnish
- 2 sprigs mint
Preparation steps
1.
Roughly chop the watermelon and put into a blender.
2.
Add the strawberries, banana, yogurt, lychee juice and 4 tablespoons crushed ice.
3.
Blend together to combine.
4.
Pour into 2 glasses and garnish each one with a sprig of mint.
