- 200 grams Orecchiette pasta
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 250 grams Broccoli
- 100 milliliters olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1 red chili pepper (chopped)
- 50 grams fresh Parmesan (grated)
Preparation steps
1.
Cook pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Divide the broccoli into florets and cook about 4 min.. Drain.
2.
Drain pasta and mix with the broccoli florets. Fold in olive oil, garlic and chopped chile. Season with salt and pepper. To serve, place on a warm plate and sprinkle with Parmesan.
