Paella

- 2 Bell pepper
- 100 grams frozen Peas

- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 200 grams fish fillets
- 100 grams Chorizo
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- 200 grams short grain rice
- ¾ l instant Chicken broth
- 4 Bell pepper
- 3 Pepperoncini
- 1 sm can Saffron (0.2 grams)

Preparation steps
Cut the peppers into quarters, wipe, remove the white membranes and finely chop. Rinse and peel the hot peppers.
Cook the peas and in lightly salted water for about 5 minutes, drain, rinse with cold water and drain.
Peel and chop the onions and garlic. Cut the chicken and fish fillet into cubes. Cut the chorizo into slices.
Heat 5 tablespoons olive oil in a pan. Saute the chicken until browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
Add the rice into the pan drippings and saute until translucent. Add the onions and garlic and saute. Pour in the broth. Add the peppers and chicken. Cook, uncovered, 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Heat the remaining olive oil in a separate pan and saute the hot peppers in it briefly. Drain the peas Dissolve the saffronn in a little water. Add the fish and chorizo with peas, saffron, and peppers into the rice and continue to cook 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
