- 500 grams Chicken breasts
- 500 grams Spiral pasta
- salt
- 3 sticks Celery
- 2 red, ripe Apple
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 20 grams butter
- 150 milliliters Chicken broth
- 150 grams Crème fraiche
- 1 tsp finely chopped Lemon thyme
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps

Rinse the meat, pat dry and cut into bite-size cubes. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Trim the celery, rinse and cut into thin rings. Rinse the apples, quarter, remove core and cut into thin slices. Immediately drizzle with lemon juice.

Heat the butter in a frying pan and cook on all sides until golden brown. Add the celery and apple slices, sauté briefly and deglaze with the broth.

Stir in the creme fraiche and herbs, season with salt and pepper and add the well drained noodles. Toss briefly and serve on warmed plates.
