300 grams potatoes

2 garlic cloves

250 grams Tagliatelle (such as linguine or spaghetti)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and shake dry the cabbage. Quarter lengthwise, remove the stalk, and cut crosswise into strips. Peel, rinse, and dice the potatoes. Boil the cabbage and potatoes in a large pot of salted water (about 3 liters or approximately 12 cups) for 15 minutes.

Peel and thinly slice the garlic.

Fry sage and garlic slices in melted butter in a skillet.

Cook the noodles in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain pasta and place in large serving bowl. Stir in the drained cabbage and potatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour the hot sage and garlic butter evenly over the pasta. Garnish with shaved Parmesan. Serve immediately.
