- 3 Sausage
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 300 grams button Mushroom (small)
- 1 tsp ground paprika (hot)
- 200 milliliters Whipped cream
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 garlic clove (pressed)
- 1 handful Spinach (fresh)
- salt
- peppers
- 400 grams Penne
Preparation steps

Cut the sausages into slices and fry in oil, add onion and garlic and saute lightly. Dust with paprika, add the cream and simmer for 10 minutes.

Cook the pasta according to package directions in plenty of salted water until al dente. Reserve some of the pasta water for the sauce, then drain the pasta. Season the sauce with salt and pepper, then mix together with the rinsed spinach. Serve the sauce and sausage on top of the warm pasta. Serve immediately.
