14 ozs Puff pastry
1 egg yolk
2 Tbsps water
6 Tbsps grated Parmesan
1 tsp paprika

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 220°C (200° fan) 425°F gas 7. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
2.
Roll out the pastry into a large square.
3.
Whisk the egg yolk with the water and brush half over the pastry.
4.
Sprinkle grated cheese and paprika over the pastry. Fold once to cover the filling, then flatten slightly. Brush the top with the remaining egg yolk.
5.
Cut the pastry into thin strips about 1.5 cm|1/2" wide. Twist the pastry strips to form spirals and place on the baking tray.
6.
Bake for about 12 minutes until golden brown.
