- 100 grams ground Peanuts
- 200 grams butter
- 150 grams sugar
- Vanilla bean
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch salt
- 100 grams Pastry flour
- 100 grams cornstarch
Preparation steps

Knead the nuts, butter, sugar, vanilla seeds, egg, salt, flour and cornstarch into a smooth dough. Wrap the dough in plastic and chill for about 30 minutes.

Form the dough into 4-5 mm (approximately 1/4 inch) thick rolls. Slice the dough. Place the cookies on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 180°C (approximately 350°F). Remove from the oven, let cool and serve.
