- 2 ripe Pear
- 20 sheets Spring roll dough sheet
- 1 egg white
- 80 grams freshly grated Goat Gouda
- 1 tsp Caraway
- Vegetable fat (for frying)
Preparation steps

Peel the pears, cut in half, remove seeds and cut into finger-thick sticks. Lay the spring roll wrappers on the work surface and brush the edges with beaten egg white. Place a pear stick on the bottom third of each sheet, crumble a little of the cheese over and sprinkle with the caraway seeds. Fold the sides in over the pear and roll up from the bottom to make spring rolls.

Heat the oil in a saucepan to 170°C (approximately 340°F). Working in batches, fry the spring rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
