- For the cupcakes
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- ¾ cup caster sugar
- 3 eggs
- ⅜ cup plain Yogurt
- ¾ cup butter (melted)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- For the decoration
- 1.333 cups cream (48% fat)
- 2 Tbsps powdered sugar
- pink Food coloring
- pink and white Bauble

2 Pots mit Deckel, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Nutmeg grater, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Non-stick pan, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Immersion blender
Preparation steps

For the cupcakes: heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Place paper cases in a 12 hole bun tin.

Mix the flour and sugar together in a mixing bowl.

Beat the eggs with the yoghurt, then pour into the dry ingredients with the melted butter and vanilla. Mix together until just combined.

Spoon into the paper cases and bake for 20-25 minutes until risen and firm to the touch. Cool for 5 minutes in the tins, then place on a wire rack to cool completely.

For the decoration: whisk the cream until thickened. Sift in the icing sugar, vanilla and a few drops of pink food colouring. Whisk until thick. Spoon into a piping bag.
6.
Pipe a swirl of cream on top of each cake and sprinkle with sugar baubles.
