- 600 grams white Couverture
- 150 milliliters milk
- 4 Tbsps Matcha
- 200 grams Shelled pistachio
- 1 tsp salt
Preparation steps

Chop the chocolate. Heat the milk in a saucepan and stir in the tea. Gradually stir in the chocolate and melt in the milk. Pour into a bowl and refrigerate for about 2 hours.

Toast the pistachios in a dry frying pan until fragrant. Remove, mix with the salt and leave to cool. Finely grind in a food processor or grinder.

Beat the chocolate mixture with an electric hand mixer until creamy. Pour into a piping bag with a round tip and pipe hazelnut-sized mounds on a sheet of parchment paper. Refrigerate again for about 45 minutes.
4.
With cool hands, roll into balls and roll in the pistachios. Place in paper candy cups or on a platter and serve.
