Pizza with Sausage and Mushrooms
Ingredients
- For the dough
- 300 grams Pastry flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 20 grams Yeast
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- For the topping
- 4 Tbsps Diced tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- salt
- peppers
- 250 grams button Mushroom
- 2 large, crude Sausage
Preparation steps
For the dough, mix flour and salt in a bowl and make a well in the center. Mix the yeast with 75 ml (approximately TK cup) of lukewarm water and pour into the well in the flour. Mix in a little flour. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 15 minutes. Knead in 75-90 ml (Tk - Tk cup) lukewarm water into a firm dough. Vigorously knead until the dough is smooth and elastic. Cover again and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Divide the dough into 2 portions and roll out into flat circles.
For the topping, mix together the tomatoes, tomato paste and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Spread on the dough. Place the sausage on the pizzas. Rinse and slice the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with lemon. Place the mushrooms on the pizza. Bake the mushrooms in an oven preheated to 220°C (approximately 425°) for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve sliced
