- 200 grams Pastry flour
- 75 grams sugar
- 1 egg
- 100 grams butter
- 500 grams red Plum
- 4 Whole Wheat Butter Cookies
- 75 grams chopped Hazelnuts
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsps brown sugar
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1 pinch salt
- powdered sugar
- butter (for the pan)
Preparation steps

Mix flour with salt, sugar, egg and softened butter. Knead with hands into a smooth dough, form into a ball, wrap in foil and let rest about 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Butter 26 cm (approximately 10 inch) diameter tart pan.

Crumble butter cookies in a bowl. Add nuts, crushed allspice and cinnamon. Sprinkle a third of the mixture into the tart tin.

Rinse plums, cut in half, remove pit and cut into wedges. Roll out dough on a floured surface and press into tart pan so the pan and edges are covered. Sprinkle second third of the nut mixture on top of dough and cover with plums. Spread remaining nuts and brown sugar on plums. Bake about 30 minutes in the preheated oven until golden brown.
