Plums are incredibly healthy, with nearly as many cell-protecting antioxidants as blueberries. The yogurt also adds tons of protein and calcium.
This shake is a perfect light breakfast if you're trying to lose weight. One serving contains less than 200 calories, while the protein from the yogurt will keep you full until lunchtime.

1 Pot, 1 Small bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Fine-mesh sieve, 1 Piping bag
Preparation steps
1.
Peel four of the plums carefully and reserve the skins for the garnish.
2.
Remove the stones from all the plums and place the flesh in a blender with the yogurt, sugar, and ice cubes.
3.
Blend until smooth then pour into glasses and serve garnished with the reserved plum skins.
