- 500 grams redfish fillet
- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
- salt
- 1 Fennel bulb
- carrots (1 each)
- Leeks (1 each)
- white peppers
- 400 milliliters fish stock (jarred)
Preparation steps
1.
Cut the fish fillet into 4 pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice and season with salt.
2.
Cut the fennel (set some greenery aside), carrot and leek into thin strips.
3.
Combine the vegetables and fish stock in a pot.
4.
Place the fish on top of the vegetables. Cover and simmer over low heat for 10 to 12 minutes.
5.
Serve the fish fillets with the vegetables and garnish with fennel leaves.
