Preparation steps

1.
Whisk together the vinegar, sugar, mustard powder, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and seasoning in a shallow bowl. Add the ribs, coating in the marinade, and then cover and leave to sit for 10 minutes.
2.
Remove the ribs from the marinade, wiping off the excess. Place in a microwaveable dish and pour 100 ml of water around the ribs. Cover with clingfilm and microwave on medium for 30 minutes.
3.
Carefully remove the ribs from the microwave and leave them to cool, covered, to one side.
4.
Divide the macaroni and milk between four large microwaveable mugs. Place the mugs on a plate and microwave for 3 - 4 minutes, stirring every minute until the macaroni is tender. Continue to microwave in 1 minute increments if not ready.
5.
Carefully remove from the microwave and stir in the Cheddar until melted, seasoning to taste. You may need to reheat the mac and cheese to melt the cheese. Pull apart the pork ribs and serve on top of the mac and cheese.
