Preparation steps
1.
Mix together the garlic, chillies, lemon juice and olive oil. Add the prawns and marinate for 30 minutes. Grill for approx. 5-8 minutes, turning once halfway through.

Mix together the feta, chickpeas and the spinach leaves and arrange on plates.
3.
Mix together the mustard, vinegar, a pinch of sugar, salt and ground black pepper. Add the oil and pour the dressing over the salad. Serve with the grilled prawns on top.
