3 Tbsps clarified butter
2 Tbsps butter
1 finely chopped onion
500 grams sliced Chard leaf
salt
freshly ground peppers
Nutmeg

Preparation steps

1.

Heat butter in a pan and fry noodles until golden brown, turning occasionally. Remove from pan. 

2.

Heat butter and sauté onion and chard, covered, for 5 min. Add noodles and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Serve immediately.
