4 Butterfly steaks (of beef, each about 180 grams)
1 garlic clove
1 sun-dried Tomato (in oil)
80 grams Goat cheese
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 Tbsp clarified butter
4 sprigs rosemary

Preparation steps

1.

Rub steaks with crushed garlic and season with salt and pepper. Drain tomatoes and chop. Cut cheese into 4 slices. Spread cheese and tomatoes on steaks, fold and tie each with a sprig of rosemary.

Heat clarified butter in a pan and cook steaks for 3-5 minutes per side.

Serve with flatbread, if desired.
