- 4 Butterfly steaks (of beef, each about 180 grams)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 sun-dried Tomato (in oil)
- 80 grams Goat cheese
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp clarified butter
- 4 sprigs rosemary
Preparation steps

Rub steaks with crushed garlic and season with salt and pepper. Drain tomatoes and chop. Cut cheese into 4 slices. Spread cheese and tomatoes on steaks, fold and tie each with a sprig of rosemary.

Heat clarified butter in a pan and cook steaks for 3-5 minutes per side.

Serve with flatbread, if desired.
