Preparation steps

1.

Pound veal schnitzel thinly with the smooth side of a meat tenderizer and then cut in half into equal pieces. Rinse sage and shake dry. Heat butter in a large, non-stick pan and fry veal on each side for 2-3 minutes and then season with salt and pepper.

Wrap veal in ham and cover with a sage leaf. Secure with a toothpick and serve immediately.
