- 6 inches Black pudding (sliced)
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 16 Scallop (shelled, ready-to-cook)
- 2 sprigs Sage (16 leaves)
- 1 Tbsp butter
Preparation steps

Fry the black pudding in a hot pan in 2 tbsp oil.

Fry the scallops in a separate pan in the remaining oil until golden brown. Add the sage and the butter and season with salt and ground black pepper.
3.
Arrange the black pudding slices on plates and top each slice with a scallop and a sage leaf. Drizzle with some of the sage butter and serve.
