- 1 cup freshly squeezed, organic lemon juice
- ¾ cup St. Germain liqueur
- 1 ⅛ cups good-quality, sweet sherry
- 3 cups Sazerac rye whiskey
- 1 ½ cups organic Pear juice
- 3 cups good-quality Champagne (or prosecco)
- 10 dashes Orange bitters
- 3 lemons
- 2 Pear
- 5 mint
- 1 cup mixed, seasonal Berry
- Ice (to serve)
Preparation steps
1.
In a punch bowl, mix lemon juice, St. Germain, sherry, rye, pear juice, Champagne or Prosecco and bitters. Garnish with lemon, pear, mint, berries and ice. Serve.
