- 10 cups large Conchiglie
- 2 cups Crabmeat
- 2 Basil (chopped)
- ¾ cup Pine nuts
- 5 cloves garlic cloves (chopped)
- extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 Tomatoes (finely chopped)
- ⅜ cup vegetable stock
- salt
- peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to packet instructions. Drain and toss with olive oil.

Place the basil, garlic and pine nuts in a pestle and mortar and crush to make a paste then pour in enough oil to loosen.
3.
Add the crab and tomatoes to the pesto and mix gently. Season.
4.
Preheat the oven to 150°C | 300F | gas 2.
5.
Stuff the pasta shells with the pesto mixture and place in a buttered baking dish. Pour the stock into the bottom of the dish and cover with foil.
6.
Bake for 10 minutes then serve.
