2 cloves garlic cloves
1 green chili pepper (deseeded and chopped)
fresh ginger (peeled and finely sliced)
1.333 cups Tofu (cubed)
4 Runner bean (very thinly sliced)
2 ½ cups Tiger prawn (tail on)
cup fish stock
2 tsps Fish sauce
sugar

1 Teaspoon, 1 große Mixing bowl, 1 Hand mixer oder Küchenmaschine, 1 Kitchen towel, 1 Loaf pan (30 cm Länge), 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wire rack, 1 Kitchen scale, 1 Small bowl, 1 Brush, 1 ofenfestes Bowl, 1 Measuring cups

Preparation steps

Heat the oil in a large wok until smoking. Add the garlic, chilli and ginger and stir fry for 2 minutes.

Add the tofu and the beans, cook for 2 minutes then add the prawns. Cook for 30 seconds then add the stock, fish sauce and sugar.
3.
Bring to a boil, bubble for 2 minutes and serve immediately
