Preparation steps

1.

For the dough: Mix flour with dry yeast and mix well. Add sugar, salt, oil and 150-200 ml (approximately 5-7 ounces) lukewarm water and knead to a smooth dough. Cover dough and set in a warm place as long until it has doubled in size. Preheat oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

2.

For the filling: Drain thawed shrimp well, place in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice. Add parsley, mix and season with salt and pepper. Rinse scallions and cut into thin rings. Whisk cream with egg and season well with salt, nutmeg and pepper.

3.

Roll out the dough on a work surface dusted with flour into a round shape about 26 cm (approximately 10 inch) diameter. Place onto pizza pan and pull to the edge. Arrange scallions and shrimp on top and pour over the egg cream. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle with freshly chopped dill and serve immediately. Serve with lemon wedges.
