- 4 cups lamb (shoulder, trimmed, cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 3 cups Meat stock
- 1 small White cabbage (approx. 600 g, outer leaves and stalk removed, cut into wedges)
- 2 Tbsps parsley

Place the meat and stock in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Simmer for approx. 40 minutes.
2.
Add the cabbage. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Cover and continue to simmer for a further 20-30 minutes.
3.
Check the seasoning. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
