freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
olive oil (for pan)
For Salad Dressing
2 Tbsps extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp Red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic cloves (peeled and minced)
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
salt (to taste)
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
For Salad
1 head Romaine lettuce (leaves rinsed)
1 head Radicchio (leaves rinsed)
2 Tomatoes (washed; trimmed and cut into wedges)
1 small onion (peeled and sliced)

For Salad Dressing:

Whisk olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper in a small bowl; mix well. Set aside.

Preheat broiler and brush broiler pan with olive oil. Season steak with salt and pepper.

Place steak on oiled broiler pan and cook, turning once, until desired doneness, about 12 minutes

Remove from broiler and let stand for 5 minutes. Cut against the grain into thin slices.

For Salad:

Slice or tear romaine lettuce and radicchio into bite-size pieces.

In a large bowl, combine lettuce, radicchio, tomatoes and onions. Toss well.

Before serving, toss salad with dressing. Divide salad and sliced sirloin among serving plates. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve.
