- 500 grams turkey breasts
- 300 grams carrots
- 1 Tbsp clarified butter
- salt
- peppers
- 250 milliliters Chicken broth
- 100 grams Whipped cream
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 2 Tbsps sauce thickener
- 3 Tbsps medium hot Mustard
- 2 tsps Orange marmalade
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse turkey breast and pat dry. First cut into slices and then strips.

Cook turkey breast in portions in hot butter. Add carrots and cook. Pour in broth, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour in cream.
3.
Rinse thyme and pat dry. Pluck leaves and coarsely chop. Add thyme, mustard and marmalade to turkey and stir. Bind with cornstarch and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with basmati rice if desired.
