- 250 grams Ricotta cheese
- 1 tsp freshly grated Horseradish
- 2 Tbsps Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped Dill
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 splash lemon juice
- 1
- fresh Dill (for garnishing)
Preparation steps

Whisk ricotta with horseradish, yogurt and dill until smooth, season with salt, pepper and a dash of lemon juice. Cut eel into pieces and arrange on a plate. Top with dollops of horseradish dip and garnish with fresh dill. Serve accompanied by remaining dip placed into a small bowl.
