- 1 Baguette
- 250 grams Smoked salmon
- cream cheese
- 3 Beefsteak tomato
- Basil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Slice baguette into 4 pieces and then slice each piece horizontally. Spread the bottom pieces generously with cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Rinse tomatoes and cut into slices.
2.
Rinse the basil leaves and pat dry. Place slices of tomato and basil leaves on the cream cheese and top with the smoked salmon. Sprinkle with pepper and top with remaining baguette pieces.
