1.333 cups cherry Tomatoes (cut into quarters)
1 yellow pepper (deseeded and thinly sliced)
2 Arugula
1 Tbsp chopped thyme
lemons (juiced)
2 Tbsps olive oil
thyme (to garnish)

1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Pot, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Paper towel

Preparation steps

Spread the goats cheese on the tortilla wraps and scatter over the tomatoes, pepper slices, rocket and chopped thyme leaves.

Drizzle over the lemon juice and olive oil, season with salt and pepper and roll up each wrap. Serve garnished with thyme leaves.
