- 1 cup Beet juice
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch powdered sugar
- 1 bunch Dill
- 1 bunch Garlic chive
- 1 small Persian Cucumber
- 1 bunch Radish
- 1 Tbsp chopped onions
- 1 hard boiled egg
- 2 Tbsps Red beet leaf (finely chopped)
Preparation steps

Mix together the red beet juice, sour cream and buttermilk.

Season the Choldnik with salt and pepper to taste. It should have a mild, sour flavor.

Wash, clean and remove excess water from the herbs by shaking. Chop. Add the herbs to the Chlodnik.

Peel the onions and finely chop.
5.
Finely dice the cucumber.
6.
Wash, clean and thinly slice the radishes. Stir in. Chill the soup for at least two hours.
7.
Peel the egg and cut into wedges. Divide among four glasses. Pour the cold soup over the top. Garnish with the red beet leaves and serve.
