- 3 Tbsps Nut oil
- 4 Chicken breasts (around 800 g, chopped)
- 3 red chili peppers (rinsed, halved, deseeded and chopped into thin strips)
- 3 cloves garlic cloves (peeled and roughly chopped)
- 2 scallions (rinsed, cleaned and finely chopped)
- ¾ cup Peanuts
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 Tbsps Rice wine
- soy sauce
Preparation steps
1.
Seal the meat with the chile in very hot oil.
2.
Add the garlic, scallions, peanuts and sugar and continue frying for 1-2 minutes.
3.
Add the rice wine and a little water and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
4.
Season with soy sauce and salt.
