- 4 Chicken legs
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp ground paprika
- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp Wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsps honey
- 2 rosemary
- 2 Tbsps light soy sauce
Preparation steps

Whisk paprika with olive oil, honey, vinegar and soy sauce, season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Rinse chicken legs, pat dry and place together with marinade and rosemary into a freezer bag. Marinate for about 2 hours.

Remove chicken from marinade and arrange on a grilling rack (place drip pan with a little water underneath) in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F), roast for about 35-40 minutes. Baste meat with marinade often. Remove from the oven and season lightly with salt. Serve.
