8 leaves Rice paper
8 leaves Napa cabbage
1 bunch scallions
1 chili pepper
2 garlic cloves
400 grams ground pork
sesame oil
2 Tbsps Fish sauce
salt
peppers (freshly ground)
50 grams Peanuts
8 stems Garlic chive
sweet and sour Chili sauce (for serving)

Preparation steps

1.

Soak the rice paper according to package instructions and pat dry.

Rinse, trim and roughly chop the nappa cabbage. Rinse, trim and cut the scallions into strips. Rinse, trim, remove seeds and finely chop the chile. Peel the garlic cloves and chop finely.

Heat 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in a pan and saute the ground pork until crumbly. Add in the garlic and chile. Remove from heat and add in the fish sauce. Season with and pepper.

Chop the peanuts and roast until golden brown in a dry pan. Heat sesame oil in a pan and saute the scallions and nappa cabbage briefly and remove from heat. Season with fish sauce, salt and pepper.

Place the vegetables and the ground pork mixture over the rice paper and roll. Serve with garlic chives and sweet and sour chile sauce.
