Steaks with Potatoes and Vegetables

The steaks from beef are small protein bombs and support muscle building and maintenance. The iron from the steak is also very well digestible by the body and is important for blood formation.

Ingredients
- For the steaks
- 4 Sirloin steak (each about 180-200 g)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- vegetable oil
- For the sauce
- Herb remoulade (store-bought)
Preparation steps
For the steaks: Season the steaks with salt and pepper to taste. Brush with oil. Cook on the grill, turning once, until preferred doneness is reached, about 3-5 minutes.
For the potatoes: Heat 2 tablespoons of the oil in a skillet. Add the potatoes and cook until golden. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove and set aside.
For the vegetables: Add the bell peppers, onion and zucchini to the skillet, and cook for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with the rosemary and season with salt and pepper to taste.
For serving: Serve the steaks, potatoes and vegetbles on plates. Drizzle the sauce over the steaks.
